Standard Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered ready-to-wear merchandise within 07 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all VKM Atelier tags attached.

Bespoke & Made-to-Measure

Due to the highly personalized nature of bespoke, made-to-measure, and tailored garments, these items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We conduct extensive fittings to ensure your complete satisfaction prior to final delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return for an eligible ready-to-wear item, please contact our concierge at returns@vkmatelier.com with your order number. We will provide you with a secure return shipping label.
